Refund policy

We gladly accept any undamaged item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The garment must be in its original condition
• All tags must be intact

How to return an item
Please email us at remyofficial.retail@gmail.com to let us know about your return or exchange, and we’ll reply with the next steps.

The customer is required to send the garment back through a traceable delivery service, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refund requests are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
